My son has a very red, raised rash on the face. His face was swollen. It all started Friday, 5 October, and took him to the hospital too early in the morning on the 6th. The doctor said it was a food allergy, and put in pregnosone. The swelling is better and the redness seems to be spreading. Can someone me an idea if this could be something else?

This may sound silly, but when I was a kid, my sister ate a piece of foil! His face was swollen and took about a week later! But everyone thought it was a food allergy! Nobody asked me what I do not say!
